1 Corinthians 2

1 Corinthians 2

Paul reminds the Corinthians that when he first came to them, he did not use eloquent wisdom or persuasive rhetoric. Instead, he chose to focus only on Christ and Him crucified, relying solely on the demonstration of the Spirit's power. Paul explains that the wisdom he preaches is understood only by the Spirit of God, and the unspiritual person cannot understand divine truth. The spiritual person, however, has the mind of Christ and can rightly discern all things.
