1 Thessalonians 4

1 Thessalonians 4

Paul instructs the Thessalonians on two key areas of Christian living. First, he commands them to live to please God by controlling their own bodies and abstaining from sexual immorality, ensuring they do not exploit or cheat a brother or sister. Second, he addresses their questions about believers who have died before Christ returns. Paul assures them that the dead in Christ will rise first, and then living believers will be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air, concluding with the command to comfort one another with these words.
