2 Peter 2

2 Peter 2

Peter warns the church about the inevitable rise of false prophets and false teachers who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, exploiting believers with fabricated stories. Peter assures them that God will not spare these wicked individuals, using examples of divine judgment on the angels who sinned, the ancient world during Noah's time, and the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. He promises that the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and hold the unrighteous for punishment.
