Acts 17

Acts 17

Paul and Silas travel to Thessalonica, where Paul reasons with the Jews in the synagogue, proving Jesus is the Christ. Jews stir up a mob, forcing the missionaries to flee to Berea. The Berean Jews are praised for their noble character, as they examine the Scriptures daily to verify Paul's teachings. Paul then travels to Athens, where he is disturbed by the city’s many idols. He preaches at the Areopagus (Mars Hill), quoting Greek poets and proclaiming the unknown God, urging them to repent before the final judgment.
