Acts 21

Acts 21

Despite prophetic warnings from several believers (including the prophet Agabus) that he would be bound if he went to Jerusalem, Paul resolutely commits to going, declaring he is ready to die for Jesus. Upon arrival, Paul agrees to participate in a Jewish purification rite at the temple to show his adherence to Jewish customs. While there, Jews from Asia falsely accuse him of defiling the temple by bringing a Gentile inside. A riot erupts, and Paul is rescued from the mob by the Roman commander.
