Acts 27

Acts 27

Paul, traveling as a prisoner under the guard of a centurion named Julius, sets sail for Rome. Paul warns the ship’s crew that continuing the voyage will result in disaster, but the crew ignores him. A ferocious storm (the Northeaster) strikes, and the ship is violently battered for fourteen days. An angel appears to Paul, assuring him that everyone on board will be saved, though the ship will be lost. The ship eventually runs aground on the island of Malta and is destroyed, but all 276 people survive.
