Deuteronomy 16

Deuteronomy 16

Moses outlines the regulations for the three primary annual pilgrimage festivals (required gatherings at the central sanctuary): the Passover/Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost), and the Feast of Tabernacles (Booths). Every male Israelite must attend these feasts, and they must not appear before the Lord empty-handed, but bring a gift proportional to the blessing God has given them, promoting national unity and grateful worship.
