Exodus 15

Exodus 15

After the Israelites cross the Red Sea safely on dry ground, Pharaoh’s army rushes in pursuit. God commands the sea to crash down, and the waters engulf the entire Egyptian army, chariots, and horsemen, utterly destroying the threat. The Israelites burst into spontaneous joy, singing the Song of the Sea—a powerful hymn celebrating God's triumph, power, and faithfulness as their warrior and redeemer. Moses's sister, Miriam, leads the women in worship, dancing and playing tambourines in celebration of their final deliverance.
