Ezekiel 25

Ezekiel 25

God begins a series of prophecies against the surrounding nations, declaring judgment against Ammon, Moab, Edom, and the Philistines. These nations are condemned for rejoicing over Jerusalem's fall and seeking revenge on Israel. God vows to execute vengeance on them, specifically declaring that He will make Ammon a pasture for camels and make Edom a permanent desolation. The purpose is clear: God will act so that these nations "shall know that I am the Lord" through the severity of His judgment.
