Ezekiel 43

Ezekiel 43

The vision climaxes with the glorious return of the glory of the Lord to the New Temple. Ezekiel sees the glory of the God of Israel coming from the way of the east, and the sound is like the roar of many waters. The glory enters the Temple through the east gate, filling the entire house. God speaks, declaring, "Son of Man, this is the place of My throne... where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever." God commands Ezekiel to measure the altar and instruct the people in the ordinances of the house.
