A large, central portion is reserved as the Holy District, containing the Temple and the portions for the priests, Levites, and the city. The chapter concludes with the name of the restored holy city, which is declared to be: "The Lord is There" (Jehovah-Shammah), symbolizing God's perpetual presence.
