Ezekiel 6

Ezekiel 6

A prophecy against the mountains of Israel, declaring judgment upon the land because of widespread idolatry. God warns that He will bring a sword upon the land and destroy their high places and altars of false gods. The dead bodies of the worshippers will be scattered around their idols. God declares that a remnant will survive and remember Him among the nations where they are scattered. God wants the survivors to know that the coming judgment was a necessary consequence of their sin.
