Hebrews 3

Hebrews 3

The author compares Moses and Jesus, arguing that Jesus is superior. Moses was faithful as a servant in God's house, but Christ is faithful as the Son over God's house. The author then issues a second major warning, quoting Psalm 95: Do not harden your hearts as the Israelites did in the wilderness, which prevented them from entering God’s promised rest. He urges believers to encourage one another daily so that none are hardened by sin's deceitfulness.
