Hebrews 4

Hebrews 4

The author continues the warning about entering God's rest. He confirms that a promise of entering God's rest still remains available, but only for those who believe. The author stresses the power of God's word, describing it as alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit. Since we have a great High Priest who sympathizes with our weaknesses (Jesus), we should boldly approach the throne of grace for help.
