Hosea 13

God promises to destroy them utterly, making them vanish like the morning cloud or smoke. God declares, "I am the Lord your God from the land of Egypt; you shall know no God but Me." God promises to be Israel's ultimate Redeemer, and He mocks the power of death and the grave: "O Death, I will be your plagues! O Grave, I will be your destruction!"
