Hosea 9

Hosea 9

God warns Israel not to rejoice with the nations, for they have played the harlot against God. Israel will no longer be able to worship God in their land, as the Babylonians will carry them into exile to Assyria and Egypt, where they will eat unclean food. God laments that Israel's wickedness began at Gibeah and that He will punish them there. God declares that because of their wickedness, He will withhold His blessing, and their children will be slain.
