Isaiah 41

Isaiah 41

God challenges the pagan nations, asking who raised up Cyrus (the conqueror of Babylon) to act as His agent. God reaffirms that He is the first and the last, and there is no God besides Him. God addresses Israel, calling them His servant and assuring them, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you." God promises to help Israel and turn the wilderness into a pool of water, confirming His power over all creation and nations.
