Isaiah 43

Isaiah 43

God addresses Israel, reminding them of their identity: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine." God promises to be with them through fire and flood and to gather them from all the nations. God challenges them to bring forth witnesses to prove the power of idols. God promises to do a new thing—He will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert for His people to drink. He reaffirms His love and promises to provide water for His chosen people.
