Isaiah 66

The final chapter serves as a magnificent conclusion, reiterating God's absolute sovereignty. God asks, "Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build for Me?" God declares that He honors the humble and contrite. God warns that He will judge the unfaithful. God promises to bring Jerusalem eternal joy and peace, extending it like a river, and to gather all nations to see His glory. The chapter concludes by promising that God will send some of the survivors to the nations as missionaries, and all flesh shall come to worship before Him.
