Job 10

Job 10

Job continues to address God directly, expressing his exhaustion with life and his intention to speak honestly despite the danger. He questions the purpose of his suffering, asking why God oppresses him, rejects the work of His own hands, and illuminates the path of the wicked. Job points out God's intimate knowledge of his creation, noting that God carefully formed him and gave him life, yet now hunts him like a lion. Job begs God to remember his frailty and grant him a moment of rest before he goes to the land of darkness.
