Job 11

Job 11

Zophar speaks, offering the most blunt and harsh criticism of the three friends. He accuses Job of being a liar whose many words deserve a rebuke. Zophar wishes God would speak to Job to reveal the secret wisdom that proves Job is only receiving a fraction of the punishment he deserves. Zophar challenges Job to repent and put away his iniquity. He promises that if Job stretches out his hands in repentance, he will be restored to safety, wealth, and honor, but warns that the wicked will lose hope and perish.
