Job 35

Job 35

Elihu confronts Job's argument that his suffering proves his innocence. Elihu challenges Job's question, "What profit is it to me if I am cleansed of my sin?" Elihu explains that human sin or righteousness does not impact God's majesty in heaven; it only affects other men. Elihu concludes that Job's real failure lies in his pride and ignorance, as he has prayed for God to answer but failed to wait patiently for God's justice and answer to be revealed.
