Job 38

Job 38

The Lord answers Job out of a whirlwind, beginning the final, climactic part of the book. God immediately challenges Job's self-righteous complaints: "Who is this that darkens counsel by words without knowledge?" God then delivers a relentless series of questions, demanding that Job explain how the world was created. God questions Job on the creation of the earth's foundations, the binding of the sea, the dawn, the treasury of the snow and hail, and the movements of the stars. God proves Job’s utter ignorance regarding creation.
