John 9

John 9

Jesus heals a man who had been blind from birth by mixing mud with saliva and telling him to wash in the Pool of Siloam. The formerly blind man is interrogated by the Pharisees, who become angry that the man insists Jesus must be from God. The Pharisees excommunicate the man. Jesus later finds the man and reveals Himself. The chapter concludes with Jesus pointing out that those who claim to see (the Pharisees) are the ones who are truly blind.
