Joshua 11

Joshua 11

Joshua leads the Israelites in the decisive northern campaign. The powerful King Jabin of Hazor organizes a massive coalition of northern kings. Joshua defeats this large force at the Waters of Merom. Following the victory, Joshua captures and burns Hazor, the leading city of the north. Joshua conquers all the remaining cities of the northern and southern highlands, utterly destroying the Anakim (giants), leaving no survivors in the mountain regions, thus securing the central territory of Canaan.
