Joshua 18

Joshua 18

With seven tribes still lacking their formal land allotment, Joshua scolds them for their delay and inaction. He commands them to send three men from each of the seven remaining tribes to scout the rest of the land and divide it into seven portions. These men map out the territory in a book, which they bring back to Joshua at Shiloh. Joshua then divides the land by casting lots before the Lord at the entrance of the Tabernacle, completing the equitable distribution commanded by Moses.
