Leviticus 18

Leviticus 18

This chapter contains the fundamental laws concerning sexual morality and relationships, known as the Holiness Code. God strictly prohibits all forms of incest (sexual relations with close relatives), adultery, and any kind of sexual relations considered unnatural or perverse, including bestiality and homosexual acts. God warns the Israelites that the Canaanite nations were defiled by practicing these exact abominations, and warns that the land will vomit them out if they defile it in the same manner.
