Luke 3

Luke precisely dates the start of John the Baptist's ministry and describes his powerful message of repentance, warning everyone, including tax collectors and soldiers, to bear fruit that proves their changed hearts. John baptizes Jesus, and the Holy Spirit descends upon Him, and a voice from heaven declares, "You are my beloved Son."
