Jesus takes Peter, James, and John up a high mountain where He is transfigured before them: His face shines like the sun, and His clothes become dazzling white. Jesus later heals a boy with epilepsy that the disciples could not heal, telling them that their failure was due to their little faith. Jesus prophesies His own coming death and resurrection.
