Micah 2

Micah 2

Micah condemns the powerful elite who plot evil and seize the property of the poor through wicked business dealings and violence. God promises that because of their exploitation, the enemies will treat them exactly as they treated the poor, and they will lose all their land. Micah also condemns the false prophets who preach messages of ease and prosperity only when they are paid, assuring the people that God will not allow such corruption to go unpunished. However, he ends with a promise of gathering the scattered remnant.
