Psalms 104

Psalms 104

A magnificent hymn of creation, celebrating God's power as the majestic King who created and sustains the world. The Psalmist marvels at God who covers Himself with light and stretches out the heavens like a curtain. God established the earth and commanded the waters. He sends the springs into the valleys and provides grass for the livestock. God makes wine to gladden the heart of man and oil to make his face shine. The Psalm concludes with a declaration that the Lord rejoices in His works, and the wicked will vanish from the earth.
