Psalms 108

Psalms 108

A prayer combining elements from Psalms 57 and 60, expressing confidence in God's power before battle. The Psalmist declares his heart is steadfast, and he will sing God's praises among the nations. The Psalmist affirms that God’s mercy is great above the heavens. He prays that God will be exalted above the heavens and His glory above all the earth. The Psalmist is confident that God will bring victory and help them conquer the nations, declaring, "Through God we will do valiantly, for it is He who shall tread down our enemies."
