Then, the things on earth—sea creatures, fire, hail, mountains, and all trees—are commanded to praise Him. Finally, all people—kings, princes, old men, young men, and children—are commanded to praise God, because His name alone is excellent. God has exalted the horn of His people, making Him the praise of all His saints.
