Psalms 15

Psalms 15

This Psalm poses a critical question about the qualifications for true worship: "Lord, who may abide in your tabernacle? Who may dwell in your holy hill?" The answer is a person defined by uncompromising integrity. This person walks uprightly, works righteousness, speaks truth in their heart, and does not slander or harm their neighbor. This person despises the vile but honors the godly, keeps their oath, and does not take interest on money lent to the poor. The Psalm promises that whoever lives by these ethical standards shall never be moved.
