Psalms 63

A beautiful, passionate expression of thirst and longing for God, likely written by David while hiding in the wilderness of Judah. David cries, "O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; my soul thirsts for You in a dry and thirsty land." David remembers gazing on God's power and glory in the sanctuary, affirming that God's loving-kindness is better than life itself. David’s soul clings to God.
