Psalms 75

A song of praise celebrating God's just judgment and sovereignty. The people praise God, acknowledging His wondrous works. God Himself speaks, declaring, "When I choose the appointed time, I will judge uprightly." God holds the world steady when it seems to be dissolving. God is the ultimate judge, exalting one person and putting down another. The wicked are warned that they must drink from the cup of God's wrath. The Psalmist concludes by declaring he will perpetually praise God and that the horns of the wicked will be cut off, while the righteous will be exalted.

Ezra 4
