Psalms 81

Psalms 81

A joyous call to worship and a reminder of God's Law. The people are commanded to sing aloud, play the trumpet, and worship God during the Feast of Tabernacles. God reminds Israel that He is the Lord who brought them out of Egypt, commanding them to open their mouths wide so He can fill them. God laments that Israel refused to listen to Him. God reveals that if Israel had walked in His ways, He would have quickly subdued their enemies and fed them with the finest of wheat and honey from the rock.
