Revelation 3

Revelation 3

Jesus dictates letters to the final three of the seven churches in Asia. He rebukes Sardis for being spiritually dead. He praises Philadelphia for keeping His word and promises them an open door and protection from the hour of trial. He severely condemns Laodicea for being lukewarm (neither hot nor cold) and wealthy, urging them to buy gold refined by fire. Jesus concludes by standing at the door and knocking, asking for anyone who hears His voice to open the door and let Him come in.
