2 Chronicles 4

2 Chronicles 4

The focus shifts to the bronze furnishings placed in the Temple court. These include the massive Bronze Sea (a large basin for the priests to wash, resting on twelve bronze oxen) and ten smaller bronze basins (carts) used for washing the sacrifices. The chapter lists the gold furnishings for the interior, including the lampstands, the tables for the showbread, and the altar. Huram-abi finishes all the meticulous work of fashioning the bronze and gold vessels, completing the interior and courtyard furnishings.
