Galatians 2

Galatians 2

Paul recounts meeting with the church leaders in Jerusalem (Peter, James, and John) to confirm the truth of the gospel he preached to the Gentiles. They recognized God’s grace in him and gave their approval. Paul then recounts a confrontation with Peter in Antioch, where Peter began avoiding Gentile Christians when Jewish believers arrived. Paul publicly rebuked Peter, declaring, "We know that a person is not justified by the works of the Law but by faith in Jesus Christ."
