Jeremiah 49
Jeremiah delivers a series of prophecies against Ammon, Edom, Damascus, Kedar, Hazor, and Elam. Edom is warned that their wisdom will not save them, and they will be utterly destroyed. The prophecy against Elam states that God will break their bow, scatter them, and bring the fiercest wrath upon them, but promises a future restoration in the latter days.
