A mighty angel descends, holding a little scroll. John is commanded to eat the scroll, which is sweet but bitter, symbolizing the mixed nature of prophesying God's final message.

Two witnesses prophesy in Jerusalem and are killed by the Beast. They are resurrected after three days. The seventh trumpet announces Christ's eternal kingdom.

A vision of the woman (Israel) giving birth to the male child (Jesus). War breaks out in heaven, and Michael casts the Dragon (Satan) down to earth.

John sees the two Beasts: the first (political empire) rises from the sea, and the second (false prophet) rises from the earth, forcing the world to take the Mark of the Beast (666).

The Lamb stands on Mount Zion with the 144,000. Three angels preach the eternal gospel, announce the fall of Babylon, and warn against the Mark of the Beast.

John sees seven angels preparing the seven last plagues. Those victorious over the Beast stand on the sea of glass, singing the Song of Moses and the Lamb.

The seven angels pour out the seven bowls of God's wrath, bringing universal judgment (sores, blood, heat) and culminating in the preparation for the Battle of Armageddon.

An angel shows John the judgment of the great prostitute, Babylon the Great, who rides the scarlet Beast. She is judged for her immorality and persecution of the saints.

A mighty angel announces, "Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!" The kings and merchants of the world mourn her sudden, complete destruction as their source of wealth vanishes.

Heaven shouts Hallelujah as God judges Babylon. Jesus Christ appears as the King of Kings, riding a white horse to defeat the nations. The Beast and False Prophet are cast into the Lake of Fire.

Satan is bound and cast into the Abyss for one thousand years (Millennium). After the thousand years, Satan is released briefly before being cast into the Lake of Fire forever.

John sees the glorious vision of the New Heavens and the New Earth. The New Jerusalem descends, where God dwells with His people, and there is no more death or pain.
